About Us

We are a small Chef-driven Bistro just off the square in Downtown Noblesville that opened on 9/9/2021. We were a few weeks away from our grand opening when the pandemic hit in March 2020, and we quickly reconceptualized to offer "Sunday Supper Club," a changing weekly menu of Ready-to-Heat dishes. Chef/Owner Samir is an experienced & accomplished veteran of the hospitality industry (and the US Coast Guard) with a passion for fresh & local ingredients. Chef Samir runs a true scratch-kitchen with little to no waste, sources produce from Teter Organic, Full Hand, and Redwine Family Farms, and has a penchant for teaching those eager to learn. Chef's wife and co-owner, Rachel, leads the front of house.

We are seeking a small, tight-knit staff comprised of individuals who passionately pursue genuine hospitality, who eagerly work well with a team & who dearly love food. Prior experience is not as important as passion & eagerness to learn. All team members will be respected and valued, compensated appropriately, and may be cross-trained. Owners are hands-on, working alongside our team every night of service.

Expectations
At the Bistro, we fancy that that team members maintain a neat appearance, respect all colleagues and guests, and assert professional conduct.

Pay is at least $8.50/hour for all employees (more depending on experience) plus tips, which are distributed among all team members (Front and Back of House - owners shall not be included in the tip pool).

Cross-training is encouraged in order to expand knowledge of food and service.

Desired availability: Wednesday - Saturday 4pm-10:30pm

The Bistro takes two 2-week breaks annually (Winter Break is in January and Summer Break is in June/July). For each 2 week break, one week is PTO and the other is unpaid vacation. We are closed the weeks of Thanksgiving & Christmas, and employees also earn an annual bonus.
We are open on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and New Year's Eve.

Sunday Supper Club pickup on Sundays
Private events (including quarterly Wine Dinners & Community Dinners) & occasional caterings
Closed Mondays & Tuesdays, no dine-in on Sundays (Supper Club pick up only)
